GigaCode

GigaCode is free and runs on your keys or a local model.

GigaCode is a free AI coding agent that ships inside Giga Terminal and runs in any terminal on its own. Connect your provider or a local model, then use it directly or let the board and swarm drive it.

GigaCode

One agent, any provider or local model

Free forever

Every major provider can power GigaCode

GigaCode connects to OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, OpenRouter, or any compatible endpoint. Switching providers never means switching agents.

GigaCode runs free and offline on local models

Point GigaCode at a model on your own machine and everything runs free and offline. There is no hosted service and no subscription.

One agent works across the whole system

The same agent works interactively in a pane and powers board tasks, GigaSwarm runs, and reviews behind the scenes.

How it works

Connect a model. Start building.

GigaCode ships with Giga Terminal and also runs in any terminal.

01

Add your provider once

Add OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, OpenRouter, or a local model in Settings and GigaCode picks it up everywhere. Your keys stay on your machine.

02

Build with it in the terminal

Chat, hand it files with @, and let it edit and run code in a full session. It asks before it changes anything until you switch it to Auto.

03

Send it into the pipeline

Give it a task and it runs to completion on its own. That is the mode the board, the swarm, and the reviewer use to drive it.

You write the goal. The agents write the code.

Giga Terminal is mission control for AI coding agents. Assigned work gets built, reviewed, and merged.
