Terms of Service

Effective July 2026. These terms cover the Giga Terminal desktop app and the gigaterminal.app website. Using either means you accept them.

The software. The free tier of Giga Terminal is licensed to you free of charge for personal and commercial use. Pro features are unlocked by a license key purchased through our merchant of record, Polar. One Pro license covers one person across a reasonable number of their own devices.

Your responsibility. Giga Terminal dispatches AI coding agents that read and modify code on your machine, using API credentials you supply. You are responsible for the repositories you point it at, the costs your provider accounts incur, and reviewing what agents produce. Automated review (GigaReview) is advisory. It does not replace your judgment.

No warranty. The software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost data, provider costs, or damages arising from agent actions you dispatched.

Refunds and cancellation. Subscriptions can be cancelled any time and remain active until the end of the paid period. If something is broken for you, email us before charging back. We would rather fix it or refund it.

Fair use. Don’t redistribute Pro license keys, resell the software, or use the site to attack our infrastructure. We may revoke keys that are shared publicly.

Changes. These terms may change as the product grows; material changes are announced in the changelog. Contact: support@gigaterminal.app.
